Pampered Pet Salon & Boarding

We used Pampered Pet Salon for the first time this week. We were over the moon when we picked our Lola up! They took her from homeless fur baby, to business class sass, in just a couple of hours!! We will be bringing her back for regular grooming. If you need a groomer, give them a go, you might love them too!!

TERRIBLE service. I took my puppy here to get groomed and picked her up with BLOODY paws (dripping blood) and she did not look professionally bathed whatsoever. Spoke with the owner and she didn’t even offer for the puppy to be bathed again. I will never take my dog here again and this place should be shut down for animal cruelty.

Please people if you love your fur child like I do. DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE. Took my baby for grooming and her nails were bleeding, I bought it to their attention and they were very nasty and said, DON'T COME BACK. That is very clear on my end.

Very disappointed in their services!!!The staff trimmed my dogs paws which caused them to bleed. I spoke to the owner about the situation at hand. Her attitude was very nasty and rude. I will not return!!!

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DOG HERE. I took my HEALTHY dog here for a week while I was out of town. Now she has been coughing all day and her kennel mate is coughing up BLOOD. My dog is healthy and vaccinated and has never had any problems. I usually leave my pup with a reliable rover and have never had an issue. I was worried about leaving her in a boarding situation where she is alone all night anyway, and now I feel even worse for leaving her because she was alone and now she is very sick. Not cool. Negative negative negative stars. I hate this place now for what they did to my dog.
