My family swears by this office mainly because of Dr. Enright. I personally have had no issues throughout the years, until I called yesterday to see if they would be willing to put down my pet who was actively suffering. The receptionist on the line was unprofessional, cut me off, and refused to even ASK if someone would be willing to do a euthanasia. As someone who has a public facing job, the customer service-ly thing to do would be to at least pretend to ask. I don’t know the receptionist’s name, but I TRULY hope you learn some compassion when a life is ENDING or GET A FACTORY JOB. Rude office staff, great doctors. NOT the place to go for an emergency. I had to drive over an hour away with a miserable pet just to end his poor suffering

Took our 7 year old orange tabby in as an emergency visit. He had been diagnosed with feline leukemia in the past. He was suffering and we had him euthanized. They were so careful of our feelings. I would recommend them to everyone.

This vet center is the best of the best. I live in Henderson but I chose to drive to Madisonville because for one they were highly recommended by a dear friend and my StellaMae wasn’t getting the proper care I felt that she needed. It was all about the money not the care of my precious baby. Come to find out she not only had a mass that needed to be removed but also a lump close to her heart that had to be removed. StellaMae had her surgery on December 20th, 2024 and is doing wonderful and that says a lot for a 11 years and 8 month old chihuahua mixed terrier🐶 So another huge thank you to Animal Medical Center in Madisonville KY and our sweet Lexis that is so kind and caring when I go in and when I call🫶🏻

These people are literally ANGELS on Earth!!😭❤️🙌 I brought our cat Sheba down because I accidently gave her the wrong type of medicine for her eye (very long and stressful story), and the staff here took her right in and got our sweet girl back to her ol' self!! They assured me that she would be okay and that accidents happen, and I had such a peace dropping her off and picking her up later in the day. This past week, you all have sold us into being forever clients!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you, thank you, thank you for all you do!!
