When i first arrived i was greeted by a lady and a man. The lady said she wanted to check out my pup out of the bag to make sure he was in fact a pup. I'd just moved to the area and did a google search and this is the first groomer that came up. It was very easy to make an appointment, and my 4 lbs yorkie was done less then two hours. I was very happy with the results. I reached out to Mobile groomers and they were way more expensive. My pup even got a cute little bandana

only groomer i've been to in over ten years. husband and wife run the place, we love and trust the both of them. the owners are a sweet dog loving couple from upstate, humble friendly and funny. neither of my dogs ever had a bad experience here and you have to be careful with grooming bc dogs are so sensitive i've heard ppl's dogs become traumatized from a bad grooming experience. only good experiences here consistently. we had one dog (lhasa) for 18 years who passed in 2013. from 2006 til his last cut we took him to pampered pets. his name was fluffy. they always made him look like a young sweet furry puppy. in fact when i picked him up he would look like a doggy model. in 2017 i was blessed w another dog named shaggy, as soon as i got him i took him to pampered pets, third day having him

This was my first time taking my puppy to Pampered pet. They did such an amazing job with him that I didn’t recognize him lol. Thank you Joe and Pampered pet! I’ve already made an appointment for my other bernadoodle :-).

I have brought my dog to the Pampered Pet for over 13 years. I spent two years finding a dog groomer I liked and could trust before finding them. They were always kind, quick and accommodating. My dog always came back looking beautiful and was never fearful to go in. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The owner has been completely rude to me and my mother. But we have still given this place a shot in the past. Three years Over the past three years, I've been working with them. The owner has been verbally aggressive towards me and my mother when we were dropping off my dog. And today is my final straw The owner called to cancel the appointment. I made last week for this Thursday, claiming that my dog bites. I asked him why this had never happened before, and once I asked him why. He started to yell. And get super aggressive over the phone. If he treats his customers like this, I don't even want to know how he treats his employees. Don't do business here. The owner does not deserve any customers
