We are FOREVER grateful to Dr. Kim and her staff for taking great care of our baby girl, in such a short notice, giving us a true Christmas miracle! We were faced with TWO MAJOR surgeries, that had to be done at once (a rapid growing mass and dental removal!!) After calling several clinics and hospitals, trying to find a (good!) place that could help us right away for a REASONABLE price, an emergency hospital in Long Island recommended Halo, and OH MY GOD they were truly sent from heaven!! I called on Monday morning, our dog was seen that afternoon, and scheduled for surgery right away. I brought my kitten, Stormie, here today to be spayed, and I am so impressed with the whole experience. The price was amazing, the staff was incredibly efficient, and they still took the time to go above and beyond in explaining everything to me step by step. I felt very reassured leaving Stormie in their care, and when I picked her up she was comfortable and well looked after. They took care of 9 of my cats and all of them come home safe and healthy. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. Dr. Kim is very attentive and caring, and they consistently make sure you fully understand the post-op care instructions before you leave the clinic.
