Pampered Paws Pet Grooming

Attempted to price gouge the cost of a groom of a 1 yr old puppy. Seems to have no experience or skill with dogs except small/tiny breeds EDIT:No my dog is not 150 lbs! He's literally 40 lbs as of his latest vet appointment. If you have 40 years of experience than you should know how to go about things a better way when conversing with animal owners.. You have only ever gave a great report about him, and suddenly you insinuated he was misbehaved to which I dont appreciate (that is the farthest from the truth). $250 is Ludacris and I will not beg to patronize a small business. First of all, Olga is a good cutter. I had been taking my 2 year old maltipoo for over a 1 year and there was only 1 time when I wasn't happy with his cut. She usually keeps my dog about 2 hours each time I would take him. BUT..my dog will not be going back anymore because I felt blindsided EVERY TIME I went.At first I thought I was overreacting because I was satisfied with my dog's cut and this is also first fur baby, so i thought this was how pricing worked but then i realized Olga always made up reasons why the price kept going up (never advising before) to the point I felt she was lying in order to charge more money! The last and final time, I took my dog to her, I said to not shave my dog bald (like she had done the time before) and she charges $20 extra because "she had to use her h

Olga is the Best groomer ever! Such a sweet and attentive lady who clearly takes pride in her work! She treats my 2 pomeranian as part of the family ! I would highly recommend her !

I'm a first impression type of girl, loved her from i walked right in her shop!!! Picked up my dog 2 hrs later she was the happiest dog I've ever seen. Olga is amazing!!! Happy customer!
