Took my 9 week old puppy here for the first time excellent service and staff he loved it and will be back next time for more great service !!
If I could give a 0 I would. They stated if they couldn't groom my dog they wouldn't. But no the lady Nancy butchered her ! My ShihTzu looks like a rat! Then when she was told I'd be upset she shrugged her shoulders and said as long as she doesn't give us a bad review I don't care! OMG. Pix before and after
They were super amazing with my senior shih-tzu they sent her home looking and smelling like a princess. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone especially those little senior sensitive babies.
Don't let her trim your dog's fir. Mine was an absolute disaster! That ridge at the neck line was where she stopped trimming, and she did the same thing to his tail! She didn't see anything wrong with the way it was cut. Needless to say, I had her correct the screw up. I left the place vowing to never return. I gave her two stars to because I think that she did try. BUT SHE AIN'T THERE YET!
Staff is very friendly and my dog always comes out looking beautiful! I always know she's in good hands here
