Pampered Paws LTD

We had two family dogs who came here for well over 10 years. They had passed and I have my own dog now so it only makes sense to take my dog somewhere familiar right? WRONG! The first time I brought my shih Tzu mix puppy was in October. A month prior to this I tried to groom him at home. I let him grow out before I brought him in. I informed staff I understood that he was uneven due to my mistake but to please make him presentable. The job that was done was just okay with a few knicks to his ears, but he looked better than what he was. Today I dropped my dog off and asked for his head to be fluffy and his underside (chest and penis area) to be shaven down because it gets wet with urine. They told me they understood. THEY DID NOT! I picked up my 9 month old shih Tzu mix puppy with a fluffy-

We have been bringing our two dogs here for years now, the ladies at pampered paws always take such good care of them! Sometimes they come home with little bonus bows in their ears too & it’s the cutest! They are affordable & fast as well usually done within 3-4 hours!

We have been bringing all of our pups here for around 20 years. Monica is caring and knowledgeable. She hires groomers that are as well. We have very quirky rescue dogs…many over the years. They are always treated according to their needs and personalities. One of our girls was an abused, neglected breeding momma and Monica sat on the floor with scissors to groom her whole body until she was finally able to handle the table and eventually the clippers. I can’t say enough about how comfortable I am leaving my pack here for care.

I feel like this place is prejudice! And I feel that they have been treating us wrong from the first day we came !!!!! And it’s sad ! This is the third time I brought my puppy! They said he was matted and he wasn’t they cut him to the skin as for the 2nd time also the 3rd time I asked not to cut him to skin because they cut him twice and it scabbed !! So now They told me to come and pick home up he was no longer welcome to get a haircut there, because I asked not to cut him to the skin , the receptionist was so rude to me for no reason I told her I was calling the owner and she said I don’t you care ! So we’re never coming back and good luck trying people wrong !!!

We have been taking our pets to Pampered Paws for grooming for over 25 years, long enough for them to have moved twice and for us to be bringing our third consecutive doggie for grooming. Monica and her groomers have always been attentive to the visiting pets’ needs and do their best to accommodate the associated humans as well. Let our longevity serve as an expression of our high opinion of this pet grooming establishment. Wishing the Pampered Paws crew all the best into 2026 and beyond!
