Years ago my rabbit had gotten sick and needed to go to the emergency room in the middle of the night. They refused to take him unless I could pay up front before he was even seen, I explained to them that I was getting paid the next day and would have the money the next day when I pick him up and they refused to see him. I found ever vet and they were very flexible with me. Not only were they flexible with me, they are very empathetic and caring and they care about not only your animal but you're mental state as well. Empathy goes a long way and unfortunately I haven't seen that with any other vet I have attempted to go to. Now they see all my animals and this is the only place I would ever go to. I just had to bring my cat in who had a lump on her stomach and as someone with ADHD I need

So happy with our experience at EverVet. They took incredible care of our senior dog during her teeth cleaning. Definitely switching our cats over to this vet, too. You can tell they truly care, and for that we are so grateful. ❤️

Dr. Gordon is awesome! He takes his time to evaluate any issues, very thorough and knowledgeable with any questions or concerns. The entire staff has always been comforting and kind while caring for my fur-babies (and even me having to leave my cat, Boloney, for surgery). Overall, the entire staff is compassionate and the best.

Really great place! How delightful that this is a hospital (i.e., walk-in clinic), as well as a regular clinic. I also found out that they have a groomer onsite M/T/W. I really liked the kindness, confidence, and inquiry of the veterinarian (Dr. Khatter) who helped me, as well as the tech, whise name I regretfullydont recall. Front staff were efficient and ready to respond. Maybe it was because my appointment was early a.m. -- and because I actually had an appointment-- but my dig and I were immediately put in a room, so I didn't have to wait in the waiting area, which was, by the way, large, clean, and spacious. Dr. Khatter is an exceptional veterinarian who listens to our concerns. After some feedback, staff have also been willing and happy to take extra steps to make sure all three of our fearful reactive dogs have an easier experience. They're always understanding and flexible with supporting our dogs in the exam room and making everyone feel safe and comfortable. Service is always quick and efficient, and I never leave without every one of my questions answered. I feel respected and appreciated as a pet owner and hope to stay at EverVet for a long time.
