Pampered Paws Hotel and Spa

I’m so relieved to have found them! They helped us out in a pinch early on in my puppy’s life and now they are our go to. We had to use another place one weekend that our dog hated so much that he wouldn’t get in the car for the next trip. Once we arrived at Dan’s place (instead of the other) my puppy was visibly relieved and charged for the entrance. He LOVES it here. Cameras are a nice touch. Staff is excellent. 10/10 Recent update 2025 - they’re SO GOOD with my xl dog. He can be dog and people selective and Dan and Marco know exactly what he needs to have a good safe time. While prices have steadily increased since we first took him, the price is still fair and worth the peace of mind. They understand and love the dogs. Happy to be a continued customer of Pampered Paws 💕

I will never bring my dog here again. The groomer ( Dan) dragged my dog across the floor while I and my husband stood there horrified. My dog was scared and confused, and I was completely shaken. Watching someone treat an animal that way was awful. No one who truly cares about animals should ever act like that. I left in tears and will never return.

Although this occurred in 2017, I feel it’s important to share my experience now that I can do so without concern, as my beloved furbaby Dexter has since passed. I used Pampered Paws for over three years & was initially very satisfied due to the convenience & location. However, I experienced multiple health related concerns during my dog’s stays that ultimately changed my perception. During one boarding stay, my dog developed kennel cough. While the owner Dan was apologetic & offered compensation, I was concerned about how a contagious illness was managed within the facility. On a separate occasion, my dog also developed conjunctivitis (“dog pink eye”) after boarding & required prescribed eye drops from his veterinarian. We’ve been using Pampered Paws for years now. We have a great experience with our dog for daycare and boarding! It’s also great that we’ve been able to add on grooming services towards the end of his stay! They have good size rooms and cameras in all the spaces so you can check in on your dog!
