Pals and friends puppy day care

Stephanie and her family made my dog feel so relaxed and at home. I haven’t had to give her to anyone but family in years so I was a little nervous, but she felt right at home after her first meet and greet, which made me very comfortable. Her kids are great around animals and my girl Bailey loved all the attention an treats. Every pic Stephanie sent to me was my dog super relaxed and enjoying a mini vacation. Bailey even got a bath and some grooming before she came home. I’d highly recommend Pals and Friends to anyone looking for a place for your animals to feel at home.

Stephanie Was an absolute joy to work with! We had to leave our dog for several days to go to a wedding out of town, and quite frankly we were nervous leaving the pooch behind. Thankfully Stephanie was available to watch our dog. She followed our directions to a T when it came down to our dogs routine, she also kept us up to date on everything that was going. She would send us photos as well as videos showing her interactions and I feel super comfortable going back to her for any future trips I wont be able to take our baby on.

We needed someone last minute to board our Boxer while on vacation, Puppy Pals had no reviews, so honestly I was very skeptical. On the phone though Stephanie seemed very nice and offered a tour of the facility when we arrived, we left our Boxer with Stephanie for four days and she provided updates and pictures daily. Puppy Pals treated our Boxer like their own, I would highly recommend and use again!

Stephanie was AH-MAZING!! We brought our 8 month old basset hound puppy, Bodie, in for a day of doggie day care, primarily to let him play and socialize with other doggies, and also for a bath! Stephanie was so caring, sweet, patient and playful with Bodie right off the bat! Throughout the day she introduced Bodie with the other dogs one at a time in an open environment, just to make sure each of them got along great, and each time she'd send me a video of each cute encounter. In no time at all, all the dogs were great friends! She even noticed another dog playing a little too rough, so separated them in order for the other dog to calm down. That was VERY impressive to me, it showed me how closely she was watching them and assured me that she works to prevent any issues before they happen

Stephanie took great care of our sheepadoodle, Saylor while our family went skiing for the afternoon. We were nervous because we have never left her anywhere before, but everything was great. She sent us pics and videos throughout the day and that was reassuring for us.
