Dr. Elizabeth Ellis, DVM, VMD: Aspen Ridge Animal Hospital

I had an emergency with one of my dogs. She had hurt her leg badly. I was afraid she had broken her shoulder. Called the vet I had taken my other dog to, and they said, " we can see her in 4 days." WHAT! My dog has a possible broken shoulder, and I should wait 4 days! I don't think so. I called Blue Ridge, and they got me in immediately. Great place! Thanks again for caring enough to see my injured dog. FYI, it was just bad soft tissue damage she's doing better...

Dog was having a seizure and called to see if I could bring him in. Was told by the receptionist since he’s never been seen there before their next available appointment was in two weeks and I had to pay $78 over the phone before they could schedule. Horrible customer service.

Dr. Ellis and her staff were very professional and friendly. They were very attentive and explained all the procedures beforehand and why they were necessary. They were compassionate towards my dog's illness. I would highly recommend Dr. Ellis and this facility.

Best Vet we have ever had. I'm very impressed with the entire staff, the process, and the building. You feel welcome and your pets feel acknowledged and loved.
