I had the best experience during one of the most difficult days of my life. My fur baby Luna who had CHF was not doing well at all and struggling. Putting her down was extremely a hard decision. I’ve never gone through that before. Dr. Michael Dym , Jaylen and Eva were incredibly compassionate and very kind. They explained every step of the way. They told us to take all the time we needed. Never felt rushed. They made this experience although hard much easier. I’m so glad they were there for us. Thank you so much. Miss my sweet girl💔🐶🐾

If I could leave zero stars I would. I’ve been a long time customer of Palms West Animal Hospital and today was the last straw. I’ve heard excuse after excuse and I’ve been through all of their turnover with employees only to hear for the last 3-4 years how understaffed they are. I’m done. I pay a lot of money every 4-6 weeks because my pup has severe allergies only to get a new vet doctor today to tell me that the regular protocol that I have been following for years she didn’t feel comfortable giving her because the steroid shot she needs along with the Cytopoint was not good for her but yet she wanted to give an oral steroid instead. How is that any different other than my dog hates taking pills. Then I was told that I was allegedly informed the past by other vet doctors that the steroi

I'm very disappointed in the staff and protocols in place at Palms West Veterinary Hospital for the "End of life" plan I was trying to make for my elderly & sick dog. After using Palms West Veterinary Hospital for over 20 years, with multiple animals, always feeling like they were all about helping the animal...and also the human, I came away yesterday believing that "In this case" this is not so. I wanted to pre-arrange everything, fill out all the papers that are necessary, if possible pay for everything in advance so that when the time came I could just call and say "I'm bringing him in" and they would already know what to do and what I wanted done. Even after meeting with one of the Vets, who completely understood and agreed that this was a good idea, I was told by the staff that I

I am always impressed with the wonderful staff at Palms West, they love animals and it shows that they care. My sincere praise goes to Dr Kellerher, he has saved many of my babies over the years and his bedside manner is amazing and heartfelt. Thanks you again for saving my Smokey, he had a bladder obstruction but is now back to his loving self. I was very concerned but Dr K answered all questions and laid out the best options for this emergency, thank you again. 🙏❤️

Miss Poppy ( black puppy) gets very nervous when going to the Vet. Palms West has always worked with us to make sure we are able to go through the back entrance and directly into the exam room. This eliminates so much stress for us both!! Miss Blue my Blue Merle collie was having lots of back issues. Palms West was so kind to her and helped to give us a few more years together. When it was time, they were so caring in helping her to pass. My sable collie Max had lung cancer. Palms West helped me give him a few more months with him. Aarrff
