When our Dorkie, Milo, became very sick, Dr. Planco and the entire team were incredibly kind, supportive, and compassionate during a very stressful time. You can truly feel how much they care about every animal that comes through their doors. Barky Pines does amazing work as a non-profit, no-kill rescue, helping homeless, senior, and special-needs animals while also providing affordable veterinary care to the community. Their dedication, heart, and mission are inspiring. We can’t thank Dr. Planco and the team enough for everything they do. Highly recommend supporting this incredible organization!

Before hearing about the Barky Pines clinic I had to call around to find a place to do 2 surgeries on my puppy, Hazel. She needed to be spayed and have a vulvoplasty done which means she had a hooded vulva which is surgically corrected to prevent chronic skin infections (dermatitis) and recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs) caused by moisture trapped in the folds. Most of the places I called wanted my whole income for the month plus a consultation fee. Then I contacted the Barky Pines clinic and was gobsmacked to find out they did both surgeries at a cost I could actually afford. The surgeries were done on a Sunday morning and I picked Hazel up in the afternoon around 2:00 PM. When I saw her incisions I could tell they were done by very skilled hands thanks to Dr. Gonzalez. Amazing people doing amazing work. I had my dog spayed here over a year ago and they did a phenomenal job at a very affordable price. My dog is happy and healthy. 10/10 would highly recommend Dr. Ramsey!!! I hope you enjoy the pictures!

2 stars because if the rude front desk lady that I believe also responds to emails. The last time in Nov 2025 we brought our dog in, upon my arrival she had a attitude with me, stating I had 2 different appointments, which was not true because my daughter canceled it through via email. At that point ,I felt totally uncomfortable. She gave every dog a treat, after payment except for mine!!! I believe she is doing a job, that is totally for compassionate and pleasant person!! So then, I requested blood work documents, because after 1 month ,our dog still not well...I send email asking for suggestions, she responded, blood work good, just need see him. I brought 6 of my cats to this clinic recently for their annual wellness visits and to help me with flea prevention. I was so pleased with everything! It was so affordable and both vets that I saw were very caring, gentle, and knowledgeable. I also love that they are close too. Very satisfied.
