Palmetto Veterinary Medicine and Surgery-ROCK HILL

My husband and I have been dealing with a situation with our dog that kept us up many evenings. After no relief after seeing another veterinarian, our friend recommended Palmetto Veterinary Medicine and I am so gratefful. 🐾🐕‍🦺 This was our first visit bringing our girl Brooke here, and the visit went very well. The front desk was very helpful obtaining her records, and very friendly and welcoming. My nervous dog was very relaxed due to the atmosphere here. The veterinarian was very knowledgeable, prompt and caring toward our girl and worked out a care plan that made sense. Her assistant was very kind, and knowledgeable also. The facility has plenty of parking and the inside is very clean. Our girl is doing better already, and I highly recommend this practice.

I love it here but the dogs are not to fond of it lol. They are always so compassionate and friendly and not too over priced. Dakota loves her Cody and Matt the groomers there too!

My pup Jordan enjoyed his last visit. They made him really comfortable during his teeth cleaning procedure. He is a very anxious dog but he seemed relaxed when I went to pick him up. Prices are very reasonable. So happy I found them. Thank you for the extra care. ❤️

Top notch grooming. Our dog Lulu wags her tail when Matt comes out to get her. She obviously loves Matt and your dog will too.

This place shouldn't exist. If there were any sort of meaningful regulatory agency looking over the vets and their business practices I'm sure it wouldn't. The staff needs to be let go and the Doctor on record should close the doors and find a new career. Do not bring your pet here for any reason, whatsoever, period.
