I took my little dog Amiri to Palm View Animal Hospital and the experience was excellent. From the very first moment, the staff was kind and professional. Amiri was extremely happy and felt safe the whole time. You can truly tell they care about the well-being of pets and provide top-quality service. I highly recommend them 100%!

We began taking our dog to Palm View Animal Hospital toward the end of his life, and the compassion and care they showed us were truly remarkable. The team was always gentle during his exams and clearly explained all of his care options, even with his difficult diagnosis. Ultimately, we had to say goodbye to our sweet boy Johann, but we were surrounded by such kindness from the staff. It was comforting to know he was in a safe place with people who genuinely care for the animals they treat. They even sent a thoughtful card afterward, which meant so much during a heartbreaking time. I can’t thank Dr. Waldie Torres and the entire staff enough for their compassion and support.

The office staff and vet techs are very warm, friendly and very professional. They handled my dog with care, kindness which put him at ease with a sense of calm he has never displayed at his previous vets. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable, listens intently, is very kind and compassionate. I’m so happy our paths crossed. I will recommend this practice without reservation. Tommy loves his new doctor and staff.
