Paddington Station

I am very happy with our experience at Paddington Station. The staff genuinely seem to care about the animals. I was extremely nervous to leave my dogs after a bad experience at another local boarding facility, but I felt very comfortable here and would absolutely use Paddington Station again. I especially appreciate that the dogs are not all out together at once, which helps prevent injuries. Melissa was very kind and reassuring whenever I called to check in. Overall, we are extremely satisfied. Thank you, Paddington Station! :)

These folks are always so sweet and they take care of it puppies very well. It really has to be allot of work for them to care for our animals but they always seem excited to do it. Thank y'all for being there when we need your services and I'd recommend them to those who are in need of boarding services.

We were VERY pleased with this establishment. They were actually referred to us by another kennel owner and that alone speaks volumes. First time ever leaving our anxious and sketchy pooch. I was super impressed with how adorable this place was and even more importantly, it was spotless. I even ended up walking back to kennel my dog up (unplanned and unannounced) and was so pleased with the set up and cleanliness. They were FANTASTIC with my dog and were so kind every time we called to check on our boy. They even called back when they were technically closed because they saw they missed our call. Above and beyond! We left our dog for 13 days - had a snow storm delay our pickup and they were very understanding. Highly recommend!!!!! Also felt like it was a very good value to other kennels I

What a nice group of people to watch my dog when I am away. Great staff, very accommodating. Bubba had a great time during his stay. Thank you!!! When I am gone, it's not home to him.. but they treat him like it's home.

We boarded our cat here for nine days while out of state and were very pleased with the experience. The staff provided regular updates whenever we called, letting us know how she was doing. When we returned, our cat seemed calm and well-adjusted, showing no signs of distress. It was clear she was well cared for and likely enjoyed her time there. We'll definitely use their services again for future trips.
