They turned my matted dog into the most handsome boy ever. They not only did what I asked for, but exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond, with a very reasonable price as well. Gave him a tie for his new distinguished look. Very friendly to both us and our puppy. Will be back!!!

Very welcoming and kind. They are very honest about their prices and never surprise you with random charges. My dog willing runs in there to greet them, she does get nervous when she has to go into the groom station area however, she knows they trim her nails and she hates it! I love that offer a self dog bath area and provide everything needed!

1st time good. 2nd - terrible. I was called & told the groomer could not finish the grooming as my dog “had become aggressive & injured the groomer”. The groomer did not communicate details when I asked what triggered my dog, she said he scratched her pretty bad on her lip & arm. The groomer who had called started checking me out & showed me her arm scratch (it was the scratch of a dog needing nails done). I asked what the bill was for. She said he got a bath, $85. I hadn’t seen him, had no idea of he would drip in my car or if he had been injured, or what, so said thought was pretty high for just shampooing my dog. She didn’t mention brushing out or blow drying. She just stood there & said with pressured speech “That is what you are being charged”. I cancelled my payment last second

My dogs Waco and Willow get baths and other services with Bellevue Pampered Pet Spa. We love them and are always so thankful that they treat them like family. Willow is a very nervous dog, but they let her sniff and get acclimated before beginning her bath. It means so much to know that our dogs are taken care of while we are not with them. Pricing is also great, service is as well, we 100000% recommend Bellevue Pampered Pet Spa!
