So wonderful to have a business be both affordable and friendly and just kind. Also very educational on getting the right floor padding with excellent quality and the perfect remnant for our small guest room. A perfect match in what we were looking for and again great quality that we could afford. All the other carpet shops were just way too much for us. Packard flooring delivered excellent quality and experience! We had our new floors (LVT) installed about 3 years ago and they look perfect. We recently had a slight issue due to replacing a sliding door, where we needed a new edge strip. Nick at Packard was helpful, responsive, and came outside of business hours to review the issue. While there, he also offered to replace the glue on a separate piece that got frequent wear. He returned and completed the job on time, with excellent install, and friendliness. We are very satisfied and definitely recommend!

Amazing customer service! During a busy holiday season, when bigger stores said they had no time to measure or install, Packard came to the rescue. They fit us into their busy schedule, measured it and even had someone able to install it all within 2 weeks. The work done is impeccable and the quality of the carpet is wonderful. Highly recommend them.

A young man helped us. His customer service was truly excellent. They had exactly what I was looking for at a much higher quality than I expected at a great price. I had previously purchased vinyl flooring from a big box store for a similar price - it was a waste of money - the floor deteriorated immediately. The flooring i purchased at Packard is of Much higher quality... and I paid the same price as at the big box store. I'm amazed at the difference.

Be VERY careful when dealing with these guys! I got a very incompetent round and round in between their different personnel. The quote they gave me first is what I approved the job upon.. only to have them get confused and lose my paperwork...give me a quote over the phone that was wrong.. get told that things I had chosen were more expensive.. (but didn't know this at the time) and was charged way more than I had anticipated. When I asked for explanation and perhaps apology over all this they pulled the job. Bad for a small town business. Maybe those of you who know them personally will get better care but I sure didnt.
