Was very happy with the entire visit. Kona really felt comfortable during the whole visit, which is huge; she’s usually very nervous and anxious when going to the vet. I really appreciate the great care given to her. Thank you

Scheduled a vet appointment for 8:30 am. Upon entering from a very unfriendly front staff, I attempted to check in and was sharply told I have no appointment. I assured the front staff and told her I could provide the email confirmation to which she stated he could not take us until a later appointment after other patients. I provided the pictures of the email confirmation and was shrugged off with a response of “oh I’ve never seen that happen before, we still can’t do anything to help” acknowledging they’re mistake and not at all attempting to make it right. I would highly recommend ANYWHERE else but this vet

I don't know where to start; these people are God sent. My wife and I were travelling to Maryland and decided to take our cats along as we would be away for a week. One of her cats in the way developed sever anxiety/panic attack and started panting which scared us both. I feared we would lose our Tinkerbell. Every clinic I called said they were fully booked, even Oxford Veterinary was booked but they still asked us to come in - we were minutes away and I rushed in with our baby in my arms; they immediately started treatment. Everyone was extremely empathetic; thank you! We will never forget your kindness ever. Stay blessed.

My dog Barlow is 12 years old and now has arthritis. Oxford Veterinary Clinic is taking good care of his condition. Dr. Bates is excellent! Janice Mahan
