Our Family Vet - Bullard

Called to get a simple quote over the phone. Had to give my email (which I thought was very odd since the several other vets I’ve called gave me quotes in under 20 seconds over the phone) to receive a break down of pricing and I never received anything about it. Stupendous. Thanks for nothing - I guess y'all were busy with something else. Going literally anywhere else that cares and wants to help animals as best they can because this isn’t it.

Horrible service!! Takes weeks and multiple calls to even get answers! And when you can’t afford their higher then god prices they tell you well to bad we don’t care! They won’t do what you can afford they want what cost the absolute most! I truly hope they go out of business and their personal animals have tremendous amount of issues so they can see how it feels!

I have always owned a dog and had a vet that I trusted, but have never had a vet and a staff of people that make you feel like they are part of my family. Words cannot express the thankfulness and respect I have for Dr. Alexander and his team. I highly recommend them to take care of your pets!

Destiney is an absolute asset to this clinic and any others she may work at! She pours her heart into this place and cares about people’s animals just as much as the owners do. You don’t find too many people these days with the drive, motivation and the work ethic she has! It’s not hard to see how much she loves this place and all the animals! I absolutely DO NOT recommend. When you come in bawling with a sheer emergency, blood everywhere and BEG the girl at the desk for help only for her to slowly walk off and come back to be told, sorry the doc is about to leave. (Yes it was lunch time). Begging for help and for the doc to just look at him but nope, she ignores it all and walks away! Compassion, care & love goes a long way and is mandatory in such a field. Especially as a clinic who is entrusted with your pets life. Cost didn't matter. It was irrelevant. The importance was saving a life. But, no, sorry, the doc was leaving so your baby can just die. Which, unfortunately he did after rushing to another vet clinic on the other side of town. This. Is. A. Shame! Don't take a pet june bug to this place. That skinny dark haired gir
