Otterdale Kennels

Everyone we've met has been super nice, both our puppies love them too (which is not always the case when they meet new people!) They are very flexible with accommodations and the needs of each pet. We've used otterdale kennels several fines now and have never been disappointed. They even remember when we are about to leave after a pickup and forgot a toy or blanket. Cannot say enough good things.

I contacted this kennel, since I live down the street, to be able to do a tour for an upcoming boarding need. An email went unanswered, a voice mail went unanswered, so I stopped by today 12/14 at 4pm to see about getting a tour. I was told that I could not get a tour while I was there during normal business hours, that they would board my dog, but would not do a tour!! The two associates working both expected me to leave my dog somewhere I can’t see. This is completely absurd and I have serious concerns about the establishment and safety of anyones pets staying there, they will never get any business from me or my friends.

Love this place. The staff is wonderful, they love dogs and are very accommodating if you have a late change of plans regarding your dogs stay. There's been several times I've been in a pinch and they helped out -- once by fitting me in last minute and another time by extending my dogs stay when my vacation return was delayed.

If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. They lost my girl and didn’t notify me for four days after they lost her. They lied about the people and places they contacted to find her. They didn’t offer any kind of assistance to find her. We hired a thermal drone and dog tracker, she was last tracked to Otterdale Road and I think they know that. We have had no valid sightings. It’s been 4 months and they haven’t checked on us once to see if we found her. Why? Absolutely do not trust them with your fur babies.

Had my 3 dogs kenneled here. Friendly and helpful staff. Dogs were bathed as requested. I highly recommend using this kennel.
