Could not recommend a place more. Dr. Scanlan is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. The entire team at Otter Lake was great at communicating and was so friendly! I was incredibly impressed with the quick communication from the staff - I was able to get in very quickly for my maltipoos broken leg surgery. This place is deserves a million star review, but I can only give it 5/5.

I have been using OLACC for nearly 25 years. Dr. Scanlan, Denise and Cambria feel like part of my family. They and the rest of the team have taken great care of my four leggeds- from the happiest of new puppy visits to the inevitable saddest goodbyes and everything in between. Nothing but the highest regard for my friends at Otter Lake!

There is NO other Vet office that compares to Otter Lake! The staff is amazing, you feel like your pet is being taken WELL care of (and they are of course) and they take the time for each and every pet like they were their own! I can't go to any other office EVER again, I love Otter Lake!!

Dr Scanlon is an excellent and skilled veterinarian with long experience, excellent judgement, and great “bedside” manner. We have required two major surgical procedures for our cat and dog which were accomplished with skill and perfect outcomes. His office staff and vet techs are capable, skilled, courteous and great with their patients. Would highly recommend this practice.
