Dr. Grace Jorgensen and staff are amazing! We have a very spicy cat and she made a treatment plan to calm him for exams. So grateful for their kindness and caring so much for our cat.

They are going to do TPLO surgery on Peter Parker. We will see what happens. He does offer most of the services for big dogs. Update: surgery went well. Doc has amazing bedside manner. This surgery was very expensive and doc talked me through financial options, and we discussed which was best for me. He contacted me through Petey’s healing journey making sure he was progressing fine. The doc and his team took their time to accommodate me and my pup. He explained everything, scheduled appointments when I was worried, took early morning calls, and even explained the procedure in its entirety multiple times. I am very overprotective of my service dog and he understood that. Peter Parker is healing great. Thank you for everything. Our family really appreciates the support.

Love the whole staff. They are like extended family for me and my fur babies. Exceptional responses and they know my pets well enough I can call and bounce questions off of them to help me provide better care for my animals without a drive into town. I only wish they would go back to having the on call Vet. When your in a crisis after hours with your fur family member, minutes matter! I would gladly pay extra to have this back at The Lake instead of 2 plus hours away. I love this practice! These are the most caring and genuine people you'll ever meet! We started coming here a few years ago when the vet we liked at another practice left. I'm so glad we did! We have 2 large mixed breed dogs that really just need their regular annuals, nothing too crazy. But we recently had to say goodbye to my mini Schnauzer. She has had a heart murmur for the majority of her life. We had no idea what that really meant until we came to this practice.
