We had our kitchen and bathroom counters (even a couple window sills) redone by Orion and they look amazing! Severo was awesome and helped us with suggestions and options - it took us a couple visits to decide on our slabs, but he was very patient. Even when I got a little neurotic about some things, he was very reassuring and I couldn't be happier. We will have some more things done in the future and won't go to anyone but Orion.

I had an appointment scheduled with Sean between 12–1 pm. With no heads-up or update, I had to reach out to the company myself multiple times to confirm whether the technician was still coming. No one contacted me to say they would be late or give an update. If this is how Orion Flooring conducts business, I would avoid this company. My time is important, and it was wasted today.

Was not completely happy with the customer service and with the installation and repair. I am happy with the Cambria Quartz that I picked. It's Beautiful. Our backsplash person had to take all of their repair work down. That's how bad it was. And the counter tops are not even and dull. When you pay as much as we did you expect a excellent job. They were suppose to do the backsplash too. But Shane never got back with us with a quote. Maybe that was for the better...
