Had my dog in for a mass removal and they were very helpful and informative. Price estimates included low and high range and post surgical instructions were very clear and concise. All the staff are so friendly and thoughtful especially Erin! Thank you all for your skills and compassion. My dog wags her tail when she realizes we're at the vet! Amazing

I would give 1 billion stars if I could. Today this entire place showed incredible compassion and strength and saved our baby girl Mochi. A sudden emergency that terrified us into thinking we wouldn’t be able to bring our fur baby back home became a team effort situation on saving her - saying they sprang into action is an understatement. I cannot express how thankful we are, it is beyond words! To see a business treat their customers with the upmost respect and dignity can be so hard to find sometimes, but easily found at Orchard View, they take care of you and treat your pets as if they were their own, absolutely outstanding. They took great care of our dog,she was there a little longer than expected. The staff took the time to explain everything to me and my wife and also made a plan for our next visit so that our dog is less stressed and more calm. Overall they were great with Kahlani.

New puppy first exam was very thorough and Dr. Heppner patiently and knowledgeably answered all our questions. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the techs handled our puppy kindly. Originally booked out two weeks but we got in right away because we asked to be put on the cancellation list.
