I suffered injuries to my brain and eyes in a car accident 8 years ago. After making an appointment to have a kitten neutered (at which time I provided verification of my disability), I got a number of emails from them which were difficult for me to read and understand. I called and left a message. Someone called me back and we had a conversation, during which I thanked her for her prompt response. The kitten I was given may be a Siberian, so they want me to pay $250 instead of $70. I was very honest, said that's what I was told, but I wasn't given papers and don't know for sure. What I DO know for sure is that he was very neglected and had never been to the vet in his 6 months of life. I told them I'd pay the $250 because I need him neutered ASAP. Said thank you. End of call. I'm pretty s
i was super nervous about brining in my cat. he is about 5 months and had never left my house before. that said, the workers inside were so incredibly kind. they immediately eased not only my anxiety, but were so sweet to my kitty. their level of communication was immaculate and made sure i had all the information i needed. my cat was perfectly normal after and has been nothing but sweet since his neutering. thank you operation pets for all of your kindness and helping us out!
Very professional from start to finish. Over the summer I had the cutest cat (fur matted, eat mites, etc) show up at our door asking for help. Worried I couldn't afford to rescue him, I hoped someone would claim him. No luck, so I searched for low-income neuter options for him. This was a resource recommended by Lollypop Farm and the drive from Rochester was worth it. They took such good care of this guy and we have officially adopted him into our home. Thank you SO much for helping us welcome Broomstick into our family. 💜
My family and I recently had a life-and-death situation with Sophia. Our dog, who is 11 years old. If it was not for them being so caring concerned and considerate. I don't know if Sofia would have made it through. It was very serious and life-threatening. And we could not afford any other provider options with no insurance. My family and I cannot Thank Dr. Shean ,Marissa, the other, ladies at Operation Pets for being so amazing. We appreciate them tremendously and suggest anyone in need reach out to them to see if they can help with your fur family.
