I had to reschedule my appointment multiple times, and they made the process incredibly easy—whether by email or text, communication was always smooth and accommodating. I live pretty far away, but they were very flexible with my drop-off time. On the day of the appointment, I had some unexpected health issues, and they were equally understanding and accommodating with the pick-up time as well. I also want to highlight Temma Martin, who helped me throughout the process. She was amazing—so sweet, patient, and incredibly kind. Her support made everything even easier and less stressful. We had our adult cat neutered and it was a simple process. They were easy to schedule and communicate with and provided great care. The price was about 1/3 or 1/4 of all of the other quotes we got throughout SL and Utah counties. Highly recommend.

I met temma at a Dog event and I was able to have all of my questions answered about neuters. She seemed very kind and informative about the services upon arrival to their business. They were very gentle and professional with my dog. The service was fast but efficient and she checked up on my dog after his procedure. This is a very trustworthy business.
