Ma & Paws Bakery...& DIY Dog Wash

An in house bakery AND a dog wash?? Wow! This place has it all!! I love visiting Ma and Paws just as much as my pup does, and each time we come, the friendly customer service is always at the top of the list. My interactions with all of the staff are amazing, and I want to give a big shout out to Jocelynn - she’s always so helpful whether it’s in the store or at the dog wash. She makes every customer feel at home with her kindness and this is an exceptional representation of the store. Their house-made bakery items are all made with love and they are always well stocked. We use the dog wash every time we come in and the staff does an amazing job keeping things moving and also sanitized in between washes. Can’t say enough about this place, but you need to go if you have a pet!

I'm from Oregon and we recently lost one fur baby and almost lost their sibling to the same life threatening blockagecaused by crystals. These crystal form by pet diet and lack of information knowing what is good for them to eat. We always do the best we can, and put forth every effort to find healthy food for our furbs. The clinics around here, I felt, preyed on our love for our pets, and would scare us into bleeding our pockets dry of money. Only to result in losing one baby and quickly finding ourselves in the same situation two months later with the other. We were heartbroken thinking we were going to lose our other baby. Always friendly and have the best, baked with love treats. The young man who assisted me was super helpful and knowledgeable as well. Great flavor selection too. Many great products. They truly care about each customer, especially our fur babies.

Tried this place for the first time. It was clean and easily accessible. I wish it was more self explanatory. The water is not marked so you have to waste time figuring out hot and cold. There is no lock on the temperature so it jumps all over the place. Also you have to hold the nozzle to keep the water spray going, would be nice if there was a lock. I mentioned this to the attendant and she said she thought some of the other tubs had that option? They brought me the shampoo and conditioner, also not marked. The shampoo and conditioner were ice cold, like they pulled them out of the fridge. I mentioned this to the attendant didn’t get much of a response. My dog was not happy. Stopped by a few days ago and had a wonderful experience. I am really trying to keep my dogs happy and healthy. I spoke with the owner for some time and she gave me wonderful tips on how to take care of my dogs. Just a handful of feeding tips and my dog is eating much better! I'm so happy. I stopped by next day and gave both my dogs a wash and the facility is great, super great price, can't say enough good about what they are doing there. Would give 6 stars if I could.
