they took care of my sweet angels final vet appointment, her usual vet wasn’t able to get her in and a close friend recommended here. i went in expecting to leave with an antibiotic and maybe some pain meds for my little old lady, unfortunately her body was working hard against her so i made the heartbreaking decision to have her euthanized. they waited for my mom to come so she could say goodbye, and they allowed my other dog to have his final goodbye with her as well. they were so incredibly patient, my sweet angels appointment was at 2 and it was a little after 5 when i left. they took payment while i was in the room, which was much appreciated as it would’ve been embarrassing to have any more people see my ugly cry. it didn’t cost an arm and a leg which i was impressed with, especially

My cat’s first ever visit was amazing! The vet tech and Dr. Stevens were wonderful, professional, and gentle with my girl. We were roomed immediately when we arrived, the staff kept me updated while I waited for the doctor, and the office was clean and welcoming. Dr. Stevens walked me through all possible pathways for future care and made me feel so knowledgeable on those options. I’m so thankful my sweet girl has such a great established vet!

Was quick and easy to make an appointment and it was more affordable than most places in this town. I was hesitant and slightly nervous as it was my first time making and paying for my own pet visit but I’m so glad I got my cat neutered finally, it has fixed every concern I had with him. No more spaying and he is not underweight anymore. I reccomend them, they are kind and it took less time than expected

After a pretty bad experience with our last vet, my reactive dog and I were both left unsure of who to trust next. But from the moment we walked into Open Door, everything felt different—in the best way possible. It felt strange to be so “easy”. The staff got right down on the floor to play with my dog, meeting her where she was and taking the time to make her feel safe. It honestly made my heart smile. Their compassion, patience, and understanding were next-level. I left feeling emotional in the best way—like we had finally found our people. To top it off, their pricing is a fraction of what we were paying before. I truly can’t say enough good things. We’ve absolutely found our new vet, and I’m so grateful. 10/10 recommend 💕

Im new to town and was looking for a vet, I went to one where the dr was dismissive and flat out rude and Open Door was one of the first google recommended to me. Loved the prices for the services offered but even more so loved the service of everybody in the building. This is the first vets office where I felt comfortable as well as had windows in the rooms for animals to see outside. Cannot wait to bring my dog back for any follow up, I know she will be in the best of hands
