Susan the office manager was terrific. Very friendly atmosphere. The bather, Gia ,did a wonderful job. Our 9 yr old never looked so clean, and smelled good too. Yani, the groomer was excellent. I really can't find fault with anything . Our furry child will be a life long customer here. Do yourself a favor and give them a try.

I’ve had a really good experience this spa. My two dogs came back very clean and well groomed, and it’s clear that they pay attention to details without missing anything. I appreciate that they take the time to inspect the dogs and point out any additional services that may be needed, like nail trimming or teeth cleaning. Their prices are affordable, the service is quick, and they’ve always been able to schedule appointments when I need them. The staff is friendly, patient, and understanding of any special care or treatment my dogs may require. They also explain the services clearly, including grooming time and pricing, so there are no surprises. Even though my dogs are usually hesitant about going places, I feel confident knowing they’re treated well here.

I had the most amazing experience with Ooh La La Posh pets in Holbrook. I rescued a Pomeranian. She was in some need of desperate TLC and without question they told me to bring her in. The love, the professionalism the customer service exquisite from the start. When I returned to pick up my cute little rescue, I was almost in tears. She looked amazing. Looked happy. And the way they loved on her I couldn’t have asked for anything more. They have now found a new customer in my family.

Me and my mini goldendoodle loved the service at this salon. My pup is always super excited to visit. The salon is well kept and very posh. Susan, the salon manager is easy to work with and very personable. I am happy it is very convenient, offers parking, reasonably priced and the cut came out perfect! I look forward to bringing my pup for service for years to come. I am happy to find my new grooming home 😍🌹🐶🐾

Been going here since they opened. Mirna the owner is a doll!! I bring my Cody, Brady & Loki every 4-5 weeks. They’re all awesome. Sweet caring staff. Susan in front is sooo sweet. So helpful with the pups and always willing to work with you in whatever you need. Won’t go elsewhere ♥️🐶🐾 beautiful spa
