Has a good product when you get it. They don't sell in stores and I have never gotten an auto delivery on time, ive tried 3 times, and after having to reintroduce a new food to my dog every month when the delivery doesnt arrive making him sick its time to move on, frustrating living an hour from somewhere and having them ship it all over and not deliver on time if they have the right option in-stock

Needed to return a bag of food my dog rejected. He wouldn't touch the 15% we mixed into his existing food during the creep period. We keep our dog food in containers, and had thrown the bag in the trash. THey wouldn't accept the return until I dug through my trash and got the bag. I had a proof of purchase and it was their very own brand of dog food. There are plenty of other pet food stores within a mile of here, and I'll be taking my business there.
