How lucky I am to have found Carmelina! My husband and I have four rescue cats with various needs. We needed to visit with family for a weekend and Carmelina first came to interview us and meet the cats. She took notes during the visit and asked so many questions in regards to food, water, litter etc. I knew we were in good hands. During the weekend away Carmelina sent me updates about my girls and sent pictures. My girls were well taken care of and happy upon our return. A plus service and more than that, Carmelina took care of our cats as if they were truly hers. Will feel comfortable going away again!!

Carmelina has been an absolutely wonderful pet sitter for my two cats. She is very caring and detail oriented, which I could tell from our initial visit, where she took notes and really got to know my cats. She sends photos and regular updates while I’m away, and when I had a travel delay due to a cancelled flight, she quickly stepped in to extend her care until I could make it home. It’s such a relief to have someone you know you can rely on!

On The Ball Pet Care provides great service. Starting with the pre visit before the first service to the care given during the visits, top notch attentiveness. I know my 4 cats (Pikey, Penny, Marci and Shelby) are well taken care of!! I receive pictures and videos of my fur babies while I am away and can tell they are well cared for. Would recommend On The Ball Pet Care to anyone!!

We reached out to Carmelina when we got our first dog Nova. Carmelina was incredibly helpful by not only providing her dog walking services but by also being a resource for us. We are so happy with the pet boarding services Carmelina provides for our dog Daisy! We recently moved to the area and were looking for someone we could trust to watch over Daisy while we are out of town. Carmelina goes above and beyond in making things easy and comfortable for both us and our dog by coordinating pickup/drop-off, having a BEAUTIFUL backyard for the dogs to run around in, and providing daily updates and pictures (if not more 😁). 10 out of 10, would highly recommend!!
