I dont have a dog but I walked by this place twice today and the girl that was working clearly takes great care of the dogs. The first pass was during a cut and she was calmly and gently comforting a maybe slightly nervous pup affectionately. On my second pass the cut had just finished and the dog was excited and happy as she kneeled on the floor for pets and play, matching its energy with compliments like "youre so pretty!!" It was super cute. If I needed a dog groomer, Id feel pretty good about choosing this spot.

Sydney was so great with my two pups - they were clearly comfortable there and ran to her as if they already knew who she was. I gave her free range to do what she felt they needed done (they have longer hair) and they look phenomenal! I have already booked their next session.

Sydney is friendly and welcoming. Our dogs are not scared when they visit for grooming. They look nice and smell great after their appointments! 🐶

Absolutely amazing. Groomer listens, and the outcome wasjust what I wanted. My dog will be going again. The groomer is calm, relaxed, and it helped when you have a rescue and don't know their history. Need a groomer book soon because her business is booming. She's does good quality and is fast with amazing prices.

I started taking my dogs to Oliver & Max when they 1st opened in BG. For this last appointment, it took 3 weeks to hear back from them and another 8 wks for the appointment. On the day of my appointment, there was a torrential down poor and all of the roads were flooded. I called and left a message that I was running about 15 minutes late b/ of the weather. When we got their (completely drenched) the owner tells me that I do not have an appointment. I showed her the text confirmation. She then said "oh, well, since your late, I will not be able to help you. If you were on time, I'm sure I could have gotten you in! The worst part about all of this was her attitude. She was so rude and snarky about it. She offered some other appts but they were all during the week mid-day. I told her th
