Dr. Reynolds is an extraordinary vet, and I’m so grateful for the care he provided to my cat. After a previously scheduled dental surgery at another clinic fell through due to equipment issues, Dr. Reynolds got us in immediately with no wait time at all. He was calm, thorough, and took the time to explain every step of the procedure and what to expect. His staff is just as awesome. Cindy at the front desk was friendly, and helpful from beginning to end — she made the whole process feel smooth and supported. And his vet tech was calm, kind, and incredibly reassuring, treating my cat with such gentleness and professionalism. The level of care and compassion from the entire team made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier. The surgery went smoothly, and I felt completely confident

Even with the difficult possibly difficult news we received about Oreo, the veterinarian was incredibly kind, thorough, and compassionate. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt supported. The vet tech and front office staff were also wonderful caring, patient, and professional. We’re very grateful for the care Oreo received.

I cant say enough good things about Dr. Reynolds and the rest of the team here. My cat Bugsy got really sick suddenly and they were able to squeeze her in for a last minute appointment. Everyone was very nice and professional. Tests were quick, reasonably priced and we were seen and treated in a reasonable time. They were great with Bugsy and got her feeling better. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet in the area.

Our family came to Okatie Veterinary Center for the first time under the most difficult circumstances, when we had to make the decision to say goodbye to our beloved dog, Blizzard. Dr Reynolds and the entire staff were wonderful. They treated Blizzard with such gentleness and dignity, and were so patient with our family during a truly unbearable decision. They allowed us to spend as much time as we needed in a calm room. We never felt rushed or pressured throughout the process. Dr Reynolds explained with such kindness and Blizzard was able to pass peacefully and comfortably with his brother, Cooper, saying goodbye to him as well as us. Within three months we were back to see Dr Reynolds again. Unfortunately, we needed to make the same decision about Cooper. Dr Reynolds and his staff showed

The only place I will take my pet, Bailey ever. They were so nice and the doctor was like talking with an old friend. Bailey does not like his nails clipped and he was being vocal about it and maybe even a bit more aggressive then I like but they showed patience and remained calm and was able to complete the task. I can not express how nice everyone was and showed real concern for the health of Bailey as he ages and offered up ideas to keep him healthy along his journey. Such good people!!! Thank you so much!!!
