Ocean Isle Veterinary Hospital

Another great visit with my new fur babies! Very involved in our babies' lives and genuinely care about our concerns. The staff and doctors are friendly and down to earth and answered the million questions that I had. I really appreciate everyone and highly recommend Ocean Isle Vet!

I brought my healthy 3yr old micro bully here a month ago to have a annual check up with Dr.Brenda and 5 mins after GOIN INTO THE BACK she was brought back to me lookin extremely distressed and obviously having trouble breathing, my wife and I made are observation something was wrng n concern for her we were told she was totally fine nothing was wrng ,we payed the bill left got about 2 miles frm the vet parkin lot and our healthy baby bully went completely limp I turned arnd a floored it back while my wife was in back seat trying to reviver her the whole ride back ,,SHE DIED in the vets office and they did absolutely nothing to try and save her,we were told these things happen SHE WENT IN HEALTHY FOR A CHECK UP,, I would never recommend this place to any pet owner ,no one was help accounta

We've been using this vet for almost 3 years for our Golden Retriever. The staff has always been friendly, and all of the vets we have seen there are nice and take the time to examine your dog and answer all of your questions. Just this morning, our dog had surgery to remove a small mass by her eye. We dropped her off at 8am, by 9:30am Dr. Fox called and said she was done to come pick her up. She explained that the surgery went well, gave us details on what to expect, and answered all of our questions. A great Veternary clinic, I would recommend them.

They were able to cut my new dog's nails without anesthesia after two groomers had failed! He got his shots and they gave me a comprehensive supplement for his arthritis as well. He met me at the door as a very happy dog! Here he is right after his visit.

Once again they saved my dogs life. Bandit had simple bloat and caught it in time before his stomach turned. They also saved him from a copperhead bite. This vets and staff are fantastic.
