We feel so lucky to have found Dr. Morel. She has wonderful bedside manner. She was kind, patient, and never pushy during our visit. She gave us all the information we needed, presented every treatment option clearly, and allowed us space to discuss our choices without hovering or pressuring us. The front staff were just as amazing, warm, welcoming, and empathetic from the moment we walked in. I’m grateful to live nearby and have such a caring team close to home. They even cleaned him up before returning him to us. Truly above and beyond!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided by the two ladies at the front desk. They were kind, patient, and incredibly gentle with my Doberman, which I truly appreciated. Their professionalism stood out, especially in how they took the time to explain all my options rather than giving simple yes-or-no answers. One of the assistants even went the extra mile to make sure I fully understood everything, which ultimately helped me feel confident in booking an appointment. Dr. Murphy is absolutely the best best best! We have been going to Dr. Murphy over In Gunter and Pilot Point since 2015 and now in Oak Grove. She is an amazing surgeon and veterinarian. At first, I had to get used to her direct approach and I have learned to absolutely love and appreciate it. I highly recommend Oak Grove Vet veterinarian hospital and Dr. Murphy. I am a breeder and very particular about who sees my puppies and doggies. I have many of my clients that have my doggies come back to Dr. Murphy and are willing to drive the distance for spay and neuter and overall physical health of their doggies. She has spayed and neutered many puppies for me as they approached adulthood and they are up and running literally two days later. I give them 10 stars however the limit was five so five

They have taken care of both our labs Adonis & Athena for over 5 years now. I originally had gone to one in LE when I arrived but this so close, convenient and they truly make you feel like we are in a small town community. Dr. Murphy and staff are the best.
