Nurture Pet Smithville-Galloway

This pet store blows the big chain stores out of the water. Every time I visit, the staff is friendly, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. They offer free dog nail trims every Friday from 3–6 p.m., and today was our first time taking advantage of that service. Our dogs were very nervous, but the employee who helped us was extremely professional and efficient, keeping them calm throughout the process. He also took the time to give us helpful advice on dog food and shampoos. As a bonus, Santa was there taking photos with pets! One of our dogs was barking at him at first, so Santa grabbed some toys to help calm them down. We eventually got some great photos, and he even let us keep the toys. We were also given a free sample of refrigerated, fresh dog food. Overall, the entire experience

We stopped-in here to buy kibble for our dog, and we are impressed by the vast variety of products this store has to offer and the knowledge of their employees. And when we mentioned we are currently caring for a cat we found, the cashier provided us with loads of samples for him to try. It was a really kind gesture, and the treats definitely helped him feel more comfortable in our home.

Always a great experience coming here. Wish they would move the kitties away from the window during cold season, because on two different occasions they were all looking and sounding fine and then a few colder days later when I came in the cats were all snotty and sneezy. Please consider this, as a frequent customer. Thank you very much

Up until now I’ve been a loyal Petco fur mama- After the wonderful experience we had here today, we’ve found our new go-to pet store! I was blown away by their selection, especially the amount of natural products/treats. They even had fish and hamster products. But the best thing about this place is easily their customer service! Despite their large selection, they did not have the specific food my puppy eats… they solved this issue by having her food delivered to the store in the same day! They also said they will keep her food in stock for us moving forward (how sweet is that ❤️). Not only that but we went home with a bag of awesome sample goodies (pic attached) for free as well! Literally 12/10 for these guys! I highly recommend a visit!
