Northwoods Animal Hospital - Eagle River

They have always provided exceptional care for our cat, Bob. He is diabetic. I moved him from a former vet to Northwoods Animal Hospital for better care. NWAH has certainly delivered much better care and we are on a better routine with Bob. So far, I've seen doctors Mark and Maureen. They were both outstanding. One can tell that the vets and the techs all sincerely care about our furry family. They go above and beyond when they can. I've always been truly impressed that ocassionally they follow up with a phone call a day or two after to make sure Bob is still doing good and that he is on the right track. NWAH is very good at communication and has always provided good guidance to me and my family.

We got a new pup to train as a diabetic service dog. Taking her in for her first appointment and set of shots was so easy and well received. Everyone was kind and welcoming, and Dr. Maureen was so gracious with all our million questions. For the first time ever, I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

We are new clients there with 2 cats, and I could not be more happy to have this place checking out our girls. A wonderful experience with all of the staff, even their friendly office kitty (sorry our girls weren't so fond of his presence) was a delight! They made us feel welcome, the whole process with their App is easy, and I can say it's worth the ride. We are 2+ hours away and will happily travel to them!

My usual vet couldn’t get my dog in until after the weekend so I called around until I found NWA. They got him in on Thursday. Although the news was not good, the superb care and heartwarming compassion we both received was absolutely amazing! This is a clinic that TRULY cares.

This clinic is amazing! They were able to get my dog in on the same day with a injury! Everyone was so nice and very helpful! Dr. Mark explained everything to me and did a marvelous job with her. They followed up with me the next day to make sure she was doing okay. Great service!
