Northwest Pets Boise (Overland)

After calling at least ten other stores around Boise, Northwest Pets was the only place that had the dog ramp I urgently needed. Not only did they have it in stock, but Levi also set it aside for me and made the pickup process super easy. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful—Levi made the whole experience stress-free. The staff member Tessa was very helpful and even gave us some dog food samples to see which one our furry pet loves. Definitely recommend this store if you love your pets. Staff members were very respectful as well as knowledgeable about the items.

Absolutely love this place and the people that work there! They treat my bella like their own and are always asking about her! This last week my baby had a upset tummy was able to get to northwest before they closed and Katherine and Brittney were a blessing of help to get my babies tummy back to good ! Great products that actually work!

It was the first time visiting this Dog Self Wash store . This store it’s beautiful and great products . My girl Daisy had a very calm bath w/ us today . The area it’s very clean and they have everything you need to bathe your dog . Chloe was fantastic , courteous and helpful young lady. What Impressed me the most , how clean the tub were and the area . After visiting few Dog self wash . I think this is the winner !! A Keeper ! Daisy is just relaxing for the rest of the evening 🌸🐕‍🦺

Love this place. They always have everything I need for my boys. The customer service is great as well. If they do not have what you need they will send off for it.
