I can’t say enough good things about this place. I took my 9 week old kitten here last night because he wasn’t eating or drinking, he was weak, and his gums were white. He’s only my second baby and I’ve never dealt with this before so I was PANICKING. Not only did they take such good care of Miso, but everyone was so nice and informative every step of the way. Now, my baby is back to his playful little self and I’m so grateful. Thank you NGVEC!

I brought my dog in about 3 months ago and the vet treated us like we had the plague. My dog was having seizures and they were treating him for everything else but that and all their test came up negative. We had to put him down. They were even going to charge us over $100 to bring him home to bury him. Then they had the never to send his blood off to the state for rabies even though they asked and we told them he was never aggressive towards us. To which that came back negative as well. They don't know what they are doing. I unfortunately had to take my other dog to the emergency vet last night and I took him to VEG in Marietta. Hands down the best most compassionate emergency vet I've ever dealt with. No charge to bring my baby home. I wouldn't bring a flea to this vet.

If I could give more I would. They really genuinely helped me. When I called they were compassionate and helped me understand my options without judging me. When I arrived they knew why I was there and got him a room as fast as possible. My boy was too far gone but they helped him transition painlessly and even provided some mementos to help me remember him. He returned with me to my home and I buried him next to my first cat. I hope they can run and play together wherever they are. I really genuinely appreciate that establishment. At least I know my boy isn't suffering anymore.

When we brought our cat in, he was in critical condition. He had lost control of his front paws, was moving his head back and forth, had dilated pupils, and during the 40 minute drive to the hospital he began having seizures in his carrier. I truly did not think he was going to survive the trip...This cat belonged to my late father, so the thought of losing him was especially difficult. The team rushed him back immediately and began treatment without hesitation. He was extremely unstable and needed to stay overnight. Dr. Melissa brought him back from the brink. Because of her skill and quick action, he survived. She was also incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain feline diabetes in a way our previous vet never had. We are so grateful for Dr. Melissa and the entire team. T

We had to rush our cat Dorito to Northwest Georgia Veterinary Emergency Hospital because he was gravely ill. I mentally prepared myself that he was not going to survive. The staff was amazing and they saved my boys life. He was hospitalized for the weekend and I called several times to check on him and not once did they care. They answered every question I had and I appreciate the steps they take to make sure that all of the animals there are protected from an illness another animal might have. I know for sure that without the staff here and their ability to think outside of the box my cat would have died. Dorito is home now and he is thriving. We are forever grateful.
