If you plan to have your fur babies ears cropped, I highly recommend coming here. Jennifer is fantastic. She is very professional and personable. She treats your baby and you with kindness and respect. She is very knowledgeable and answers all your questions and concerns. Every one we had contact with was so friendly and helpful. She took great care of our baby Luka, she calmed and reassured first time Doberman parents who has never be through the cropping experience. Thank you Jennifer.

Dr. Brackett and his complete staff are amazing! From the front office to his assistants they cared for Bailey like she was their own. Dr. Campos is also amazing and so caring. I love this whole team!

Visits here went downhill fast. Dr Campos started being the one we were seeing, instead of Dr Brackett, and the last visit had us waiting in the next room for 45 minutes before being greeted nonchalantly by Dr Campos, who had not washed his hands between the last patient and my dog. You can hear everything between the two rooms as there are no doors. When asked by myself to please wash his hands, he lied and said he had already done that, but walked over to the sink and ran the water for 5 seconds before walking right back in with hands not even wet, so he didn't even do that. That isn't even what I'm most livid about today. During this visit, my dog was weighed and came in at 44 pounds. She was given her new prescription for Simparica Trio, and was sent home with the incorrect dosage...

Bailey was spayed and had an umbilical hernia repaired. They did an excellent job and the after care has been incredible! Thank you for all your team did!
