I wouldn’t recommend this clinic based off of the other low star reviews they seem to have issues with transparency about pricing and crude doctors. I had a clinic appointment recently details: 01/06/2026 @5:30pm visit for Leeon my 5 year old dog. The exam went terribly to say the least the next day I emailed them a formal complaint and it’s been several days now with no response so I figured I’d paste it as a google review as well. They seem to respond somewhat to reviews. Dear Northwest Animal Hospital Management, I am writing to formally complain about my recent experience with Dr. Wethered during my dog’s appointment at your clinic. They always took very good care of our girl whenever we visited them. In the end they were the ones we went to when she passed away unexpectedly to have her cremated. Very kind and caring and they even had a rose delivered to our home that afternoon. I thought that was such a thoughtful touch. I would recommend Dr Susan Keller to anyone.

We have been bringing our cat here for several years and the staff are all very wonderful. And when it was time to say goodbye to our beloved Boots the Dr and his vet tech were so compassionate and caring. Thank you so much

Northwest Animal Hospital has been my vet of choice for the last 11 years. They took care of my dog Odai from the point he was a puppy. He was diagnosed with hip dysplasia as a puppy and at the age of 6 he had a double FHO. All done through these guys, they had always taken excellent care of him and while the vet could be alittle pointed in speech, he was extremely knowledgeable and that was important to me. I had to put Odai down a few weeks ago and they sent a card the day after I informed them. Thank you so much for taking care of my dog

The staff here is amazing. They have been so helpful with my dog Ranger. They are quick to get him in when he is having a problem and always fast with his medication for his hypothyroidism. I love that they have weekend hours too. I cannot give enough praise to everyone at this clinic and their sister clinic.
