My rescued Shih Tzu, Shiloh, is a Fear-biter. The incredible empathy that both Dr. Church and his entire staff at North Shore Animal Hospital demonstrated towards Shiloh was astounding! Their willingness to take the time to Earn Shiloh's trust helped me with my own anxiousness. They offer extremely affordable and economical care. From general Veterinarian services, including emergency care to Boarding options, establishing excellent long-term care options were a breeze! I highly recommend North Shore Animal Hospital. Dr Church is the most amazing doctor I've ever known first to save my baby's life...and helped again today!!.. I can't say enough about the staff at the front desk they're very kind and caring along with sweet nurses. If you want the best place to take your baby go to North Shore Animal Hospital you will never regret it I promise you. Our family highly recommends North Shore Animal Hospital !!!! We have been bringing all our animals here for over 10 years now. All of the staff have been very kind, compassionate, and caring, with our animals especially Scooter. North Shore Animal Hospital is the best veterinary clinic we have ever been to! Dr Church and all of the staff are very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We are very lucky to have them as our veterinary clinic!!! Thank you.

I genuinely loved this office at first. I paid $65 for a 15min puppy visit. The doctor was amazing and he knows his stuff. However, the front desk staff was nice but are liars. I have been calling for 2 going on 3 days(called four times) to get a prescription for a flea and tick medicine, for new my puppy who is being ate up by fleas. They keep telling me that they’re sending it and today that Dr. Church was doing it now. Well “doing it now” turned into doing it never. I thought maybe with me just being there a couple weeks back that I could atleast get treated like family or a decent freaking client. Apparently not lol, it’s all good though. I will go to another vet and pay to get a prescription that I should’ve received in the first place. THE TWO STARS IS LITERALLY FOR THE AWESOME DOCTO

I brought my dog here and he’s super reactive, but they were so good with him, he didn’t wanna leave by the end of his appointment. They gave him all his shots and said he was amazing. and even brought him back with a bandana . I could hear it all through the door and I wasn’t worried one bit with how they were handling him 🥰 edit : I brought my senior dog here because she needed the check up . I got there early and they took me in instantly. She’s roughly 16-17 years old and they didn’t do any unnecessary tests or shots. I’m not able to clip her nails but they did it for me (only 25$), and didn’t judge me at all . They are so so amazing and I’ll be going back there anytime I need to take my dogs to the vet .
