They’re incredibly thorough, patient, and genuinely caring—exactly what you want when trusting someone with your pet. Their focus on wellness and preventative care really stands out; they take the time to explain everything, answer questions, and make sure you feel confident about your pet’s health plan. And then there’s the icing on the cone 🍦—they have ice cream for pets AND their humans! It’s such a fun, thoughtful touch that turns a vet visit into a positive experience (our puppies now think the vet is the best place ever). Dr. Finley and her staff are truly amazing! We brought our 11-year-old fur baby, Edith, in for her very first acupuncture session. She recently started having neck issues and was in quite a bit of pain, and Dr. Finley was absolutely wonderful with her from start to finish. The entire team was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, which immediately put both Edith and me at ease (and I’ll admit—I’m not the easiest fur-baby mom when it comes to vets!). By tonight, Edith is already doing so much better, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you, Dr. Finley and staff, for such a caring, successful, and positive experience. I am so grateful for the loving staff and doctors at Hancock Animal Hospital in Ft Myers. I am bringing all my fur babies to them, just recently, but I already feel like we are family. They have only known my beautiful Jessie for a short time. The picture of her is so sweet and that was taken in their care. When I told the doctor that she just passed away, I saw a tear rolling down her cheek. The cool card was sent by Hancock to help me heal. I highly recommend joining the family. ❤️

I had an amazing experience at the vet today with my dog, Sasha. From beginning to end, everyone was so kind and professional. The doctor was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything clearly to me, which I really appreciated. The receptionist was also outstanding. He kindly helped me get my very heavy dog out of the car, and when Sasha had an accident because she’s sick and couldn’t hold her pee, he reassured me not to worry and immediately cleaned everything up. That thoughtful gesture meant so much, and it made me feel truly cared for. Overall, I’m very grateful for the compassion and support we received today. I highly recommend this clinic!

The team and every veterinarian in this practice is exceptional. They are friendly, Knowledgeable and honest. They take the time to talk to you and get to know your fur baby. I highly recommend this practice-you won’t regret it! Milo & FynLeigh agree!
