I had a phenomenal first experience at NOAH yesterday with Dr. Valeria Rickard. I have an extremely physically and mentally complex dog and she was direct, knowledgeable, and listened to all of my concerns. I felt she had more knowledge than the average veterinarian which is exactly what I was looking for. She was in depth, thorough, and was determined to solve my dog's "puzzle"! Everyone was extremely moldable to my requests with my dog, and I was allowed to ask questions about treatment options and plans without headache and feeling judged. I felt involved with my dog's care, and didn't feel left in the dark about anything. The staff is very friendly. They treat my dogs like they are family. The doctors really care about the well being of my dogs. I so appreciate the patience and care for the appointments with my very nervous dog.

North Oatlands Animal Hospital is my go-to for boarding, grooming, and veterinary care. The entire staff is so warm and welcoming, and Dr. Rickard is absolutely amazing with animals of all ages. I have large breed dogs, and I highly recommend this place for them—as well as for young puppies and senior dogs. Alyssa, one of the technicians, is incredibly knowledgeable and truly treats your pet as if it were her own. It gives me such peace of mind knowing my dogs are in such caring and capable hands every time we visit.

North Oatlands has the best vet care we've ever experienced. Their doctors and staff are professional, warm, and highly skilled. After each visit, we receive a follow-up email directly from the doctor summarizing the visit. We used to have to wait weeks to get into our old vet, and once scheduled, the wait time in the office seemed excessive. This hospital feels more like a concierge service and is absolutely worth making the switch!

We brought our Cane Corso here when he was 8 weeks old for an ear cropping with Dr. Rickard and we could not be more pleased with the entire experience! The results are beyond our expectations and the process was seamless. He’s just over 4 months and all healed up, see photo attatchments. We did not require any posting. The entire staff here is lovely as well. Everyone is so excited to see our pup and he is showered with love each time we’re in. North Oatlands is our primary vet for all services moving forward. :)
