Such a wonderful annual visit! I just love and appreciate the time that is taken to talk through all my pups possible vaccines and health concerns. Nothing is pushed on you and the pros and cons are discussed. I am very blessed to have Dr. Kistner and such a wonderful clinic to take care of my Old English Sheepdog Max!

Very nice. I saw Dr. Nicole Mueller and her technician Stephanie. They are the best. I followed them from Blue Pearl because they stopped their exotic pet program. So off to North Lake we went. They saw my chicken, Carmen. Carmen is aging, but they treated her with utmost dignity and respect. The even cleaned her buttster and trimmed her break for her. Went above and beyond. Lovely people. Knowledgeable and caring. I don't think there is much else to ask for. 💛🐔🐓 Thank you for loving on her. She deserves it.

My dog was new to this office, the staff were all super friendly and the vet was nice, but we waited in a small, hot smelly room for 40 minutes just to be told they couldn't do a blood draw on my 7 year old Akita because he turned to bite them with a muzzle on and they couldn't hold him. He has been very socialized his whole life and has excellent records at other vets for being a gentle giant. He has never snapped, bit, or even growled at anyone. I offered to help hold him, but they said that it is illegal to have me back there. He showed zero aggression when they came back and was not agitated. He was bleeding large drops of blood from somewhere on his face or mouth, but this couldn't be explained. This vet said he can't come back unless sedated. I will not be drugging my dog for every v

I picked up my boy on 11/14, he was rehomed to me. I took him for an initial visit. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Niebler was great. I look forward to being a long time client.

I cannot recommend North Lake Vet Clinic enough! The entire staff is kind and caring. Dr.Niebler never makes me feel rushed, gives thorough exams, and always explains everything so I leave feeling confident in the care my dog received. Max (assistant) is so gentle and friendly and makes my dog feel comfortable every time. I am forever thankful to have found North Lake Vet for my all my dogs needs!
