Dr. Odre has always been a wonderful Vet! Always love to see her step into the exam room. She was absolutely wonderful with our cat "Sandy pants" yesterday (who had an infected swollen neck) The bill was affordable for all that was done. The reception area has been remodeled and was clean, very organized and welcoming. The receptionists and vet tech were friendly and professional. Great experience!!

Truly an amazing vet. I am so grateful to be able to bring all 6 of my dogs there. I have a rescue dog with an uncertain past, making him aggressive towards strangers. The vet techs and office staff were very accommodating to us, making it easy to get in and out without any concerning interactions. The vet helped my dog have the easiest and least stressful exam. 10 out of 10. Thank you so much!!! I am glad that they believe even the most difficult dogs deserve to be healthy.

My dog had not been to the office in 4 years as we were no longer living in the area. We recently moved back and he had an acute issue. He was able to get in that morning to be seen. Dr Odre was exceptional! The staff was very friendly! Definitely recommend!

Overpriced meds by 300%. In the future I will request all meds be a written prescription. I was also left waiting in an examination room for nearly 30 minutes. However the vet was very knowledgeable and found multiple problems. I have a new rescued dog from a shelter. I'm debating whether to stay with North Country Vetinarian Services or switch to Waggs the Dog in Syracuse nearly an hour drive away. But North Country Veterinarian Services are a good reliable clinic with your pets best interests in mind. They also gave me options on how to proceed, whether to treat the problems found or continue with blood and urine test. I chose to treat the problems found since my best friend is over 15 years old and shows signs of passing. I actually didn't expect him to survive through last winter. I w

Dr Oliver is an amazing Dr. very knowledgeable and does not rush you out. Truly loves animals. Would never hesitate to bring my pets to him
