We had an excellent experience with Certified Canine while training our silver lab, Zira. From start to finish, the trainers were personable, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. They made the entire process feel approachable and supportive, which we truly appreciated. Their facility is clean, tidy, and extremely well organized, which immediately gave us confidence in their operation. Beyond working with Zira, they did a fantastic job training my husband and me as well. They clearly explained the commands they use, why they use them, and how to apply them effectively at home so we could get the most out of the training program. Certified Canine Services is the BEST! Our dog is high energy and extremely intelligent. They helped us to better understand him and gave us the knowledge and the tools to have a stronger relationship. They literally changed our lives. He now boards with them while we are away, and we wouldn't go anywhere else. The team at Certified Canine is incredibly professional and knowledgable, and we have the highest level of trust in them. In fact, we can't mention their names without our dog heading toward the door. That's the best sign of their overall quality to us!

Certified K9 is the very best place to take your dog for training. Rachel, Neil, Brad and their entire staff are excellent. The facility is top notch. And the best part, my dog came back happy, confident, attentive and trained with so many commands. They even helped train me! I highly recommend their programs and I have to several friends with confidence. I’ve been back for refresh sessions with my pup and I am welcomed like family.

I never go out of my way to write a google review, but in this case it was necessary. We sent our 9 month old pup to Certified Canine Services for their 6 week training program and he came back to us a new dog in the best way. Not only does he fully listen to commands, but his whole demeanor has calmed. He did not have any specific behavioral issues going in to training, but the staff at CCS was able to mold him into a straight A dog. Their facilities were spotless, and it was obvious from our dog's interactions with the staff that he was really enjoying his time with them. My husband John and I recently fostered to adopt a beautiful labradoodle through All Creatures Big and Small Pet Rescue in Adams, New York. Casper, now known as Boomer, was surrendered in early April to the rescue. Sadly, he and two of his littermates had a pretty rough start to their puppy lives and really didn’t know how to be a dog really. We were very interested in adopting this particular pup, but our busy work schedules and a house remodel and redecorating made the timing hard.
