I love North 78 so much:) I recently adopted my fur baby from there and the whole experience meant so much to me. Dr. Muhoho and the entire team are incredibly dedicated, caring, and genuine, and you can truly feel how much they love what they do. I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done and I recommend North 78 to anyone looking for a place that will treat your pets like family

After relocating to Wylie, I was hoping to find a great new vet clinic for my 13 year old pup. The entire team at North 78 was organized, thorough, and friendly. The receptionist, Michelle, contacted both of my previous clinics to collect medical records and accommodated a last minute appointment change. The technician, Jessica, was warm and knowledgeable and took great care of us- even brought a blanket to help our old girl be more comfortable. Dr. Muhoho was incredible- she had reviewed all of my dogs history beforehand, and took her time examining and creating a treatment plan. Her thoughtful approach truly put me at ease and I am grateful to have found her. Truly a special team!

What a fantastic Staff. On September 24, 2025, I unfortunately had the experience of coming upon a cat that had obviously been hit by a car, but was still alive. I rushed the cat to the closest Animal Hospital that I was aware of, the North 78 Pet Hospital. The Staff immediately began evaluating and caring for the cat. Long story short, after careful thought, it was determined that it would be best for the cat to be euthanized. Through the entire process, over two days, the Staff was compassionate, friendly, and professional. In fact, so compassionate, that they donated their services as to the cat's final disposition. I highly recommend North 78 Pet Hospital. Thank you so much for caring!

I would not recommend this clinic. After coming here, I realized staff turnover is constant, which says a lot. I honestly feel like this place is more about money than actually helping pets. It’s only been open a couple of years, yet the prices are already extremely high. The waiting times are unacceptable—I’ve spent up to 2 hours in a room waiting. What really concerns me is that the doctor seems unsure about what’s actually wrong with pets. It feels like they just run a bunch of unnecessary tests and then “guess” on prescriptions. Instead of truly researching or investigating the issue, it seems more focused on pushing charges. My pet deserves better care, and so do others.

Dr Muhoho is the most kind and loving veterinarian towards our pets we have ever met. She is genuinely excited to see each of them when we come to see her. Our pets are very well cared for by her and her staff and we are so happy we found her.
