I love the service and care that this company gave me and my dog. It was my first time leaving my dog since I first got him and I was super nervous to leave him anywhere. Norma is super nice and friendly and you can tell that she loves what she does. The prices are good and I will definitely be coming back to use their services again. I was sent pictures of my dog and felt at ease and definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I have known and gone to this place since 2017. I like this place because they have reasonable prices. I think they have increased their prices recently. Before the nail cut is only $5/dog. Then, $20 for 3 dogs (which is still OK price). Now the nail cut is $10 for a small dog. I feel it's a little too pricey for just a nail cut service. Hope they can fix the prices for small & quick service. Thank you.

I've taken Joli here 2-3 times! Joli is always brought out to me happy, she never looks sad which leads me to believe they treat her well. We like to have her hair cut short. I noticed it was a little too long on her face today and they were kind enough to trim it more. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the perfume. It smells like old lady haha, appropriate for my senior dog. I would recommend! Great prices & people.

My dog Jia is always nervous when she goes places - the vet, dog park, etc. However, I notice at Norma’s she’s never scared which is a huge sign that they treat her right and make her feel comfortable. They always cut her nice too!

Brought my dog here this morning for the second time and since i picked him up he’s been bleeding nonstop, when it happened the first time they blame it on the poor lady and say she was learning he had a big cut behind his ear and now this and when I called her son gave me this lame apology please if you care about your pet stay away from this business because when things like this happen the act like they don’t care people like this should not work with animals . This is unacceptable this is animal abuse stay away from this business
